ive been mentally fighting with myself all day and yesterday and genenrally not doing well and ive finally reached ht epoint where imjust, , , exhausted, im just so tired, im too tired to hurt myself anymore and too tired to do anything stupid but im just fuck ing mentally and ohysicaly exahusted and i know this isnt gonna stop anytime soon and a ssoon as i get rest im just gonna wake back up in pain

I dont know if its a good thing or not that I'm at work today. I want to die, while im here i cant kill myself. But if I was at home, i could just sleep. For hours. That way i wouldnt feel anything at all and wouldn't be conscious to contemplate this bullshit.
