Not really an update, but I want to let you all know that Mykola is still working on this issue.
I wish I could say more but Scaleway aren't very responsive, which is really fucking shit!
Still no data access either... it seems like the data is gone, but Scaleway might have swapped the storage out so we're checking that. Who knows if they will actually respond about that, but hey ho.
